turnkey consultancy covering the complete
spectrum of the service mentioned in the
our services. SG Associates, works in close
co-ordination with the client right from conceiving
the idea of setting up a pharmaceutical facility up
to the commissioning of it. |

Schedule of
Fees
For
Turnkey Consultancy Services
The fees
shall be 5%(Five Percent) based on
the cost of investments scoped above.
This includes costs of Civil, Structural,
Architectural, Air-conditioning (HVAC),
Electrification, Utilities such as Steam,
Pneumatic, Water treatment plants, Piping,
N2, O2, LPG, DW, CIP, SIP system, DM Plants
and any such utilities, Pharmaceuticals
Machines, Fabrication etc.
And 2%
( Two Percent ) for pharmaceutical engineering i.e. Pharma layout, Man
Material Movement, Room Data sheet, Pharma Machine Layout etc.
Taxes
Taxes and Other
Levies will be charged extra as applicable.
Bank Charges
Bank Charges shall be paid extra by the client.
Visiting Charges
Visiting charges shall be payable at US $500 per visit per day per person over &
above the actual expenditure made on Air Fare, Ist Class Lodging & boarding,
conveyance, visa charges, Air Port Taxes etc. from Indore H.O.
(INDIA) to site in the client's country or other countries.
For visit to the collaborator / Supplier / Contractor other
than present in the city of site location, the client would
arrange free of cost Travel by Air, Ist Class Lodging &
boarding, conveyance, visa charges, Air Port Taxes etc.

The Terms of payment would be on the Estimated Cost of the Project as under:

a) |
ADVANCE with L.O.I. |
25% of fees on estimated project cost. |

b) |
On
preparation of Master site plan &
Preliminary Drawing and Design Qualification
of Engineering related activities. |
10%
of fees on estimated project cost. |

c) |
On
preparation of Internal layout, Plan, elevation &
Major Tender of Civil & MEP Work. |
5% of
fees on estimated project cost. |
|
d) |
50%
of the actual cost of the project to be
equally divided as per project schedule,
which is to be paid on the 1 week of the
concurrent month i.e. Suppose 10 month
is the period from construction to implementation,
the client would pay 5% every month. |

e) |
On
completion of project |
10% ±
Difference of estimated and actual project cost (If
any). |

The client would pay Air Fare, Ist Class Lodging &
Boarding, Conveyance, Visa Charges, Air Port Taxes etc.
for visit for Machine Selection, Exhibition, Machine
Inspection, Testing or any other activity related
to the project.

Responsibility of the Client
-
Providing
basic requirements of productions, capacity,
products and level of compliance's and
automation desired.

Location
and Site Plan boundaries only, with
location of existing facility.

Arranging
a local Architect for providing necessary
information about local conditions in
terms of building, electrical and environmental
code, day to day supervision , laisioning
and preparing submission drawing for approval
from all authorities & statutory bodies.

Strictly
following execution and approved drawings,
specifications and recommendations
provided by SG Associates in order to
achieve required objective of the project.

Providing
local codes of creating any building.

Timely,
decision for timely completion of the project.

Providing
lodging, boarding, local conveyance, out of pocket expenses,
medical, travelling and Visa Expenses along with any taxes
applicable to SG Associates for Directors & personnel
visiting to the project.

In
case of arranging a full time project engineer from SG Associates,
the salary and other expenses i.e. Family Accommodation, Food,
Lodging ,Boarding, Medical, LTA, Leave, Local Conveyance,
Out of Pocket Expenses, Travelling, Visa Expenses and
other facilities which are provided to the personnel
as per local code will be borne by the client.

Providing
office assistance along with facilities like
communication by Phone, Fax and e-mail,
stationary and other requirement pertaining
to the project. The client will also have to
provide an assistant to our engineer/directors
during their stay as per their requirement.
